I saw a need and I filled it. In the past Chicago commercial real estate brokers had to pay for this information or pay a “Listing Administrator” to compile it. Here is a no-brainer, essential tool, The Broker List.
This list is something I wish I had when I was a tenant representation broker.
Now you have it.
Please use it and tell other Chicago commercial real estate brokers and your favorite Listing Administrator to use it.
If everyone uses it, my work is done!
